Villa Kulanrama Disclaimer and Precautions.

 

Sorry however we need to have some rules and regulations

 

The Villa is totally surrounded by water features therefore  families with children under the age of 10 years  will unfortunately  not  be able to book our accommodation as we cannot take any responsibility for injury or death by drowning or falling or slipping into the water features.

We also do not accept liability for any injury or death on the property from any cause, it is suggested that appropriate levels of travel insurance be taken for travel in Indonesia  for the duration of your stay abroad.

 

Guests may hire motorbikes from Santai Tours 08174721885 and park on the property in the provided area however you must have an international driving licence and wear appropriate clothing and helmets at all times.

Police will fine you and possibly confiscate your bike resulting in a fee for recovery.  If you do not follow Balinese road rules, yes there are a few.

 

Bribery of Police in certain situations can lead to imprisonment of you and the Police officer so if you follow the rules there is no need for bribery.

 

Bartering on the other hand is a balinese way of life and welcomed.

 

Any purchases from the mini bar will need to be settled on the day of departure.

 

A Terms and Conditions and Liability form needs to be signed upon your arrival at Villa Kulanrama.
